Mark Hughes has been sacked as Manchester City manager with immediate effect.
Manchester City have terminated the contract of Mark Hughes with immediate effect after a lackluster run of results left City 6th in the table.
City beat Sunderland 4-3 at Eastlands today but it wasn't enough to save Hughes' job.
Roberto Mancini, former Inter Milan Manager is taking over with immediate effect.
We at Bluewatch wish Hughes all the best in the future and thank him for him hard work as Manager. He brought in a lot of great players and we are sad he wasn't able to see it through as boss.
We also welcome Mancini with open arms. We hope he embraces the City support like that of managers' past.
